Beau

Beau was commissioned by Bryce as a memorial portrait.

Beau was a Chocolate Lab, and quite gorgeous to draw. A big drawing which is always a bit of a challenge, but it came out so well, with his soulful eyes and lovely soft fur. I don’t do really large pencils that often and it always amazes me how much presence they have! Bryce loved his portrait and his comments can be read below.
