Alfie

Alfie was commissioned by Celvin and Emma as a memorial portrait.

A lovely looking boy, first time I have drawn an Akita. I’ve met a few before, and they remind me a bit of bears, they are quite big! This was a challenging portrait as it was a tricky angle, and he had tangled with a hedgehog, so had a lot of scarring on his nose and muzzle in this photo, so I had to get creative with what it might actually look like. But it came out really well, and Celvin and Emma loved their portrait. Their comments can be read below.
