Poppy

Poppy was commissioned by Sylvie as a memorial portrait.

This is a long standing client of mine, who has a few portraits now. I did a previous portrait of this lovely girl, but Sylvie wanted another as she had passed recently. A gorgeous wee sweetie, and another one I had the pleasure of meeting. It can be quite tricky doing another portrait of the same subject, as it’s really easy to compare it to the original. She was an older girl here, and came out looking really lovely with her intense gaze. A lovely portrait to do. Sylvie was very happy with it and her testimonial can be read below.
