Lexi was commissioned by Michelle as a gift for her husband.

A beautiful girl! Gorgeous with her colours and big brown eyes. This was a really tricky portrait, there was something the angle of this that made it quite difficult to get! I did get there in the end thankfully! Sometimes there are portraits like this that just don’t seem to come together - with perseverance and a bit of re-working, they normally come together in the final coat. Lexi’s portrait arrived this morning. I couldn’t help myself and had to open it at work.

I am truly lost for words, she looks amazing. It just blows my mind that you have captured her exactly how she looks, it’s hard to believe it is a painting and not a photo- but even better! 

I absolutely love it and I’m sure my husband is going to love it even more.
