Kip and Asher

Kip and Asher was commissioned as a memorial portrait by Sarah and her siblings as a 60th birthday present for her father.

Aren’t they beautiful! First time I have had a commission for Dalmatians, its always exciting to get a new breed and I loved this photo. Another portrait that was quite challenging, mostly because the whites were very white and the blacks were very black! There is normally much more variation in shade in black and white dogs and they were also super smooth, so not as much fur detail can be seen. It came out really well and it was very 3D!
