Dapple Grey Horse

I love Dapple Grey Horses, I think they are just beautiful with their dark muzzles, light faces and big brown eyes. Hence it was first on my list as the breed of horse to draw!

This drawing is not a commission, I have been wanting to do a horse drawing for a while and this beautiful horse seemed like a great place to start.  A very challenging portrait with such a smooth coat!. I really enjoyed this portrait and am quite pleased with the result.
